2. Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refunds apply to first-time subscriptions only and are not available for renewals or AI credits already consumed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email restoralai@gmail.com with your account details and reason for the request. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

AI credits that have been used, custom enterprise engagements, and add-on services are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
